Whats in the meals?
Each participant will receive a total of 63 meals over the three weeks of the challenge, with 21 meals provided each week. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All our meals are gluten-free—meaning they contain no wheat, barley, or rye—and are diabetic-friendly, although the weekly treat is an exception. Every meal consists of a 4-ounce serving of protein, adding up to 35 grams of protein per meal.

Challenge Benefits
Every participant will receive the same meals throughout the challenge to ensure fairness and adherence to the program. All meals are clearly labeled. While adding exercise can complement the diet for greater weight loss, it isn't mandatory.This challenge aims to help participants lose between 9 and 18 pounds in just 21 days, relying solely on our meals, which provide between 1100 and 1200 calories daily. Please note, no substitutions or modifications will be made during the challenge. For instance, if you don’t like carrots, we won’t replace them. We also can't change meals to exclude allergens like soy, corn, dairy, or nuts. If you require such modifications, we recommend our regular monthly or weekly meal plans which are more flexible.
